This is my tribute to the US favourite the Mounds Bar or in the UK the Bounty Bar. Made with unsweetened coconut and dark chocolate these are a grown up take on something that I have enjoyed all my life!
These biscuits pull on my heartstrings as they remind me of the boiled sweets that I used to have as a child. Looks like a bit of work, but it really was very quick. Everyone loved these, Stan wants me to make them again!
